This Sequence is for everyone, especially for people who have not exercised in the last few months or who do not feel particularly strong or flexible.

Sunrise Prep is a complete sequence of modified Yoga Poses and Pilates Exercises that prepare you for understanding alignment, breath, and flow. Follow along with me and do your best! This sequence starts you in a Divine Pilates Yoga practice!

    Just completed the sunrise prep. I like the combination of pilates and yoga. I’ll try the sunset prep at sunset.
